These training packages cover the intricacies of documentation and data management, explaining why certain methods and standards are used within different areas of information and data management. These are an amalgamation of two decades of continual efforts to improve the methods and standards used to manage information.

Foundational Documentation Management
Covers: Documentation Management history, elements of creating a facility, of Project Management, and of facility construction. Also, an introduction to corporate documentation management, facility documentation, and modifiable file, and creating and publishing documentation.

Corporate Documentation Management
Covers: Corporate Documentation levels, creating, modifying, and publishing processes, managing reviews, numbering, storage and securities, and continual improvement standards and workflows.

Engineering Industry Overview
Covers: An introduction to engineering documentation management and an overview of the various engineering groups and the requirements for engineering authentication.

Vendor Documentation Management
Covers: Vendor submissions and email management, setting submission expectations for vendor documentation, receiving and numbering submissions, expediting and reviewing vendor documentation, and submitting files as the vendor, data books, and storage of files.

Facility Documentation Management
Covers: Construction documentation and processing facility files and asset management documentation. Managing site as-builts and Requests for Information, system turnover manuals, and data book updates. And also facility infrastructure and IT integrations.

Covers: General DMS and PIMS requirements, repositories, uploading, and metadata requirements, numbering, revisioning, and versioning requirements, searchability, usability, and workflow requirements, access, modifiable file management, and security requirements, and reporting, transmitting, auditing, and integration requirements.
